yeah, I work out 7 days a week for an hour every time, I do this and another Pilates DVD. I have only been doing it for about 2 months. I have had good results. It’s the only thing that works for me because lunges don’t.
So you did this 3 times a day 5 days a week? Wow! What kind of results did you get? I mean did you get better posture or did you lose any weight. Did you also change your diet? How long have you been doing this workout? Sry that im asking this much questions, im just curious!
I love this lady! I ordered this from the infomercial forever ago and it’s still the best pilates video I’ve found. Seriously, I can vouch for this cuz I got out of my pilates routine. I thought I wasn’t really getting results after a few years and also, there was the big switch to DVDs and of course I owned the VCRs, so I ended up getting rid of them. I keep meaning to buy the DVD versions

yes! but i was working out for 1 hour about 5 days a week.result are amazing!

yes I have. the results are just like she says - longer, leaner, stonger muscles and its great for posture too
