I guess however many you want but
I think most people would do about
    a 100 :o I do 10 and I’m dead.

You should start out with maybe 20 and
then work your way to a 100…just my
opinion I don’t know this for a fact
I just know that people do a LOOOT.

Lol its pushups :P Not benchpress… And to say that your rep-range is the “ultimate” for each category is just wrong. sorry to say it.

You just do as many as you can, rest, do as many as you can, rest etc… for as long as you like… :P

    it depends on your goals.
    Muscle mass(bulk): 8-12 reps
    fat burn getting ripped: 12+
    strength or powerlifting: 1-7 reps

Make sure u go till failure when doing these reps!!
