		<description>When I watch the video myself, I do see parts I could have done better.  And yes I agree the exercises should be done slow and with out momentum, which I can execute in this way as well.  You might be interested to know that this was done in 2 takes, and was completley improvisational.  I was keeping up with the music and having a blast dancing with the chair.  My intent was to demonstrate that Pilates can be fun and playfull.</description>
