    When I watch the video myself, I do see parts I could have done better. And yes I agree the exercises should be done slow and with out momentum, which I can execute in this way as well. You might be interested to know that this was done in 2 takes, and was completley improvisational. I was keeping up with the music and having a blast dancing with the chair. My intent was to demonstrate that Pilates can be fun and playfull.

    Some of the movements are well executed, but I see others that are done very slopy. The execution of Pilates is to make every movement to come from the inside of the body out…so every movement would be done smoothly and very slowly so there will be no momentum
