    whew!! I love this workout!! Is it best to do this workout everyday or every other day?? I’ll do it daily if it’s ok to do that often……some of these moves I’ve never seen…I’m looking forward to when I see results =)

    Hey girly! I love getting your messages. Anyway, simple rule of thumb. Don’t continue to do the workout if 1. you’re too sore to function properly aka walk and 2. you can’t perform the moves with quality. That’s all, you know your limits. That being said, it is only a 10 min video so I’d say it is safe to do everyday (but you know how far you can go! be smart! don’t hurt yourself!). Make sure you stretch before and after to prevent major soreness.
