    I felt a burn in my arms and legs doing certain things is that okay my arms fell like they got a work out and my sides don’t dwell anything, did I do it wrong?

    You will deifnitely feel your arms and your butt. But if you don’t feel your sides, it means that you should be using some modified poses. I am guessing like during the knee to elbow plank and the side ups, your arms were dying! Go on your elbows instead to alleviate the pressure. This way you can concentrate more on your sides and not your arms. Tell me how it goes!
