		<description>Your insane!!! You have completely bastardized the original methd and dumbed down to a level that would have Joseph Pilates turning in his grave. That was not the double leg lowers and your doing too many repetitions. It&#039;s about quality not quantity. I suspect your just using the good name of Pilates to make yourself some cash conning people like this. You cannot even perform your own dumbed down movements correctly!!</description>
