i guess it is almost the same, right? In reality, they only ask you to use a matress so that you don’t notice the hard floor while you’re doing the exercices, so I suppose it doesn’t matter wheather you use a matress or a carpet
I’m a beginner and this workout was perfect! Definitely something that I’ll look forward to doing on a regular basis. It’s easy to follow along, but you can totally feel the burn too, so you know it’s working. Quick as well, which is perfect as I’m a student and don’t have the time or money to go to a gym. Thanks a bunch = ]
you can do it on your carpet , or if you want to actually use something maybe a towel? i have the mat and barely use it lol. but good luck , this excersise looks great.
thanks lots i do all your exercises every night, because i’m way to busy to do anything during the day or go to the gym, but they really help me feel better and look great.

ok. so i’ll do this for a month. today is 07.01.08. i’ll tell you if my thigh jiggle lessened by 07.29.08.
about a month. let’s hope i keep it up
