Pilates for men 2



This is Art's 3rd session with Master Trainer, Josh Smith at Pilates Sports Center in Encino, CA. This is our second video, we are hoping to shoot about 15 of the 30 sessions on the way to Art's new body. Check in often as we see the pounds shed off of Art and as we prove that Pilates is fantastic for guys as well as girls!

    Hey Greg…we’re starting to hear a lot of great things – guys are beginning to send us emails – requesting sessions, more info, etc. About the sock thing. It’s strictly a sanitary thing although we do clean the machines, balls, pads, jump boards after each use as well. Keep on watching and thanks so much for the comment!

    BTW we practice pilates without socks here in Europe. Is that OK?
