Thanks for taking the time to comment. Pilates is partly based on yoga so there are many similarities. I think anyone who does Pilates will recognise these exercises, albeit varied to keep interest or modified to take account of various levels of ability.

i like your video. i do pilates on fifth here on internet but i can see that your video is also useful. is it true that without cardio, yoga and pilates wont help me lose weight? im on normal level BMI but i want to lose 5kilos more
