    i will try this….thankyou. i disagree in all western medication for endometriosis.

    there no way i could no that when im in pain from endo, the legs up and deep breathing yes,but crunches no way you want to relax to muscles,they are already contracting, and inflamed, but you are right about legs up, it works best with cold air blowing on your legs
