good exercise… but only if used in conjunction with regular cardio. I have been using this with 2 minute abs and 30 mins cardio every day for a month and I see results.
I dont have the ExerciseTV station, so this is what fitness looks like, okay. I’m laughing at the part where the lady said, “You can make a little fist and push that booty out.” Lady if I could shave off fat layers, or fist punch away a few inches, I wouldn’t need to exercise! lmao. Okay, I’m off to fist punch my booty! –

I just started doing this exercise…and it burns, but works. Also, the 8 minute abs, and 8 minute buns, work really well too.
