    good stuff!
    this is my first time working out and it’s not about losing weight, i just want to get that nice flat tummy. so how long do u recommend this exercise be done on a daily basis? Today i worked it out for 20min, not too bad for a first day i hope :)

    the tips are just great, thanks for uploading.. would love to see more exercises!
