dont u feel that is too hard on your spine to be “rolling like a ball” on a yoga mat?? the pilates mat is cushier than a yoga mat…

They’re both pretty much the same. I have a yoga mat and its real cushy. Ive never seen one that wasnt.

try the circles with your knee slightly bent. you want to carve the cicle not with your foot, but using your femer bone to trace the circles. it will take some time to do the circle with you left fully extended.

yeah as soon as i put my leg up, i was like circles are not gonna happen
