My ab routine/pilates abs



Pilates 100 Roll-up 4 times Leg Lifts 3 sets of 20 Crunches 3 sets of 20 (knees down, knees up, legs up.) Side Crunches 40 each side Reverse Crunch 30 repetitions Bicycle Slow 30 seconds Shoe Laces 2 sets of 30 Round Abs 20 each direction This is a routine I put together myself, all of these exercises have been created and suggested by trainers, I just picked the ones I like and put them together.     OMG… You are like totally perfect… Your abs are amazingly strong… I hope you make more ab videos.. And, maybe some fitness videos… Can you do chinups??? What about a video doing pushups and handstand pushups.

    i’m siting here eating ice cream…. I’m bad. you should do a video on your normall work out ( running, walking ect.)

    Hahah thank you it took me a while to get my abs that way! Hahah I am still working on my upper body strength its still a little weak ): So I’m not sure if I’ll be doing any upper body workouts haha!
