how tall r u? im also a teen late teen im 17, n i am 5’2 n weigh 118 n look fine.. yea iw ant to lose a couple more pounds by tonign not disappearing..
ur heigth has alot to do with r weight.. my IDEAL weight is 105-110 so yea i SHOULD lose 8 pounds but i feel fine n i look pretty skinny.. muscle weighs more than fat!
k just careful how u lose those pounds u r waaaay to skinny!

yes, you need to lose much more than 5 pounds. i suggest vomiting after every meal. and meals should never consist of more than 100 calories at a time.
Slow down girl! I like this vid but it would be nicer a little slower. It would make it easier to make sure we’re practising the correct breathing and in the right position.
this vidio isnt just about being skinny or “pin thin”, its about being toned and fit lol…i’ve always been naturally small-set (size 0-3) i still do these excercises to keep myself toned..especialy after having my daughter…its very healthy and i think i look awesome since i’ve been doing them!:)
you are too young to be trying to lose weight, girl! put down the fashion magazines and be happy with yourself. you are fine. don’t buy the hype, being pin thin is NOT healthy or attractive.

Doesn’t mean you should feel bad about yourself if you’re not…I’m all about the inner beauty, but fat people should spend more time working out and less on their self esteem by attacking people in shape. Girls you should not be reading the scales. You should concentrate o being the healthiest you can be. Eating right, doing adequate cardio, and strength training. I mean look at the victoria secrets models, they have curves and muscle mass. They aren’t skin and bones. You should know your body and make it the best it can be….girl if you got curves work it!!!

i m super skiny and still doing that rutine. You can be skiny and not toned .This is about having the muscles where and how a helthy person should !!
