Ur vids are convenient and a work-out! however, this particular one, I didn&#039;t feel my shoulders getting a work-out...I felt my thighs and butt getting more of a work-out. also my mid back seemed to cramp. am i doing something wrong? how far apart am i supposed to place my feet?</description>
