    thanks! but i have a problem. I’m an 11 year old girl and i still have my baby fat. ive been working on toning my tummy but i was wondering if this would help loosing this baby fat and toning my lower abs so i dont have anything hanging over my jeans

    my low back was feeling sore after spinning yesterday! what you don’t want is pain. if you are actually in pain, then don’t do the workout or contact a trainer who can actually look at your form and make sure you are doing it correctly. make sure you aren’t arching your back. during the ab exercises. practice slowly if you need to. work up to quicker reps.

    This workout is really good. Although I am far from flexible , for what I could do I feel I can work towards that. practice practice. who knew you could feel a difference in 10 minutes. My only problem was when I was lying on my back I tend to get a pain on the muscle that i would sit on but not so low down. my job involves sitting down non stop and feel the same pain then, biut maybe with losing weight and toning up it will help. fingers crossed. now i need to get serious. !!!
