this is totally effective! i’ve tried it, and not only could i feel my tummy getting exercised, i literally saw the results after a few weeks when i looked at the mirror. my tummy is not bulgin anymore! thanks!
Will crunches make my tummy lose inches, or will it make muscle underneath all the fat? I’m sorry if the question sounds stupid, but my gym teacher said it one time.
So basically, you chos the 5 most effective stomach flattenig pilates routines right? So I’ll only have to do these right? How long…or how many minutes a day should I do this? And how long should it be after you see results? Thanks in advance!

When you do crunches like that, never do them way too fast; it’ll make you feel nauseous.

I can’t really jump rope too well, but I’m a runner. Once I get out of bed I usually run 3 miles almost every morning before I eat.
Is it better to do this pilates exercise before or after running?
what about before bed?
