How I Ended My Lower Back Pain – Part 3: Pilates Reformer
Many of the stretches I used to do on the floor, I now do on a Pilates Reformer. I bought a Stamina 4500 for $250 on Amazon.com. It's a great machine. It makes these stretching exercises fun, and more effective. In this video I demonstrate some of the exercises I do specifically to eliminate lower back pain. I use this machine for other exercises as well, but the ones I demo on this video are the most important for my low back. The 10 videos in this series will give you a complete overview of how, in 6 months, I eliminated the intense back pain that I lived with for 8 years. I purchased several inexpensive pieces of equipment, such as this Pilates Reformer, to make my exercise routine fun and effective, but they aren't necessary. What is necessary is your commitment to a daily exercise routine.

Many people buy these and don’t use them. So I was able to find this on Craisgslist for $35 after hunting for a few months.

I bought the reformer at around the same time as the other pieces of equipment. It’s a Stamina 4500 (Amazon – $219 shipped). It was an excellent investment. I use it every day and it really makes a difference.

Did you buy the reformer after having bought all other equipment? which one is really the good one?

Thank you for putting this up.
I notice this is a recent video, relatively speaking. Do you feel that the Reformer model you have still offers enough resistance for progressive exercises?

i seriously resented the constant severe headaches i used to experience. nothing at all did the trick for me. i had been really at the end of the line but then my personal doctor advised that I try tramadol however the prescriptions are generally so expensive and i couldn’t afford them on a regular basis until finally i came across the top deals on onlinetramadolshopXinfo (replace X with . ) plus the perfect thing is you do not even require a prescription.
