Good job! I had to laugh when I saw you beating your butt or hip because I do that same thing when it starts to burn or hurt. Good to know I’m not the only one that does that.
Awesome job, Marlika!!! Pilates are a good way to strengthen your body and increase flexibility like Yoga! You are doing a really good job! Wait until you see how much stronger you feel after this week….with doing your pilates….i would say at least every other day! I am doing yoga every day this week!
Its good that you are mixing it up that way your body will not get use to it and it will keep doing what you want it to..I want to switch it up a little also and buy some DVD’s..and an exercise ball.
