wow…this one really challenged me! I really worked core!!! I was quite suprised. pleasantly I might add.

This is great – but when you do the “frog” you say “like we’re holding a penny in between our knees” when in fact, its between your heels.

how many times a week or day do you have to do this pilates routine?
