This is a good pilates workout, however its not beginner pilates. This type of leg workout is intermediate or advanced. Beginner legs are done on the floor.

yes you can… it’s even the most recommended workout for Ballet dancers cause it strengthens the core.

I don’t think you get the ballerina body. But you get really nice definition. When I did it regularly, I loved my stomach!
