Beginner Pilates Workout

Over the past couple of months, the long hours at work (on my feet and lifting/bending) has really taken a toll on my back. It was actually hurting today. I know the abs and back are connected, and I just did this work out along with the video, and my back doesn’t hurt. And I feel good. It feels great to get back into pilates. Here’s to many more days! i was wondering if this worked if you have a little fat on you…
