It's a fantastic machine! QVC offers it as lower prices periodically. I've had it for 3 years. Looks simple to use, and it is, but very challenging. It's relaxing to use it, but the next day you will feel it big time. Every single exercise on it works your abs, so it is great for ab training and trimming your tummy.
