I have this machine at home. It’s definetly for everyone from beginners to advanced. I definetly recommend.

I own this machine with the stand but no the mat. It’s a fantastic machine! QVC offers it as lower prices periodically. I’ve had it for 3 years. Looks simple to use, and it is, but very challenging. It’s relaxing to use it, but the next day you will feel it big time. Every single exercise on it works your abs, so it is great for ab training and trimming your tummy. Weighs 100 pds, so set it up where you plan to use it.

I just bought one slightly used for $150 + $30 shipping on Ebay. It beats the $499+ retail.
