Half Curl on Stability Ball is a variation of the original Pilates exercise "Half Curl." This is an upper abdominal exercise which challenges the stability of the whole body simultaneously. The instability of the ball challenges your deep core and glutes as well as hamstrings. If you are advanced, place your middle to lower back instead of upper back on the ball for more challenge.
